Exchange And Return Policy

Dressing Sense aims to provide optimum customer satisfaction. Our hassle-free exchange and return policy terms are as follows:

All Dressing Sense products can be exchanged* within 5 days (from the day of delivery) only if:

  • The product(s) size is not according to the measurements mention in our size chart.
  • If incorrect size, design or color is delivered.

The exchange of any product is subjected to its availability.

All Dressing Sense products can be returned within 5 days (from the day of delivery) only if:

  • The product(s) is damaged at the time of delivery.

Customers are requested to file/report their complaint/dispute* within three days (from the day of delivery) by writing to us on dressingsensepk@gmail.com or calling us on +923121256679.

*Photographic evidence is essential for registering the complaint against the damaged product(s).

Customers are requested to send their exchange/return products via TCS within the given time limit (5 days).

Exchange and Return are not applicable if:

  • The product(s) are washed, used, and/or tampered.
  • Anything is missing or damaged from the original packaging, tags, labels, accessories or freebies.
  • Return/exchange complain is not reported within three days, or the products are not sent within 5 days.
  • Stock sale/clearance items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable.
